We urge you to read this Policy and the Terms and Conditions carefully as they provide essential information and guidance regarding your rights and responsibilities as a Bizigo customer, in relation to any purchases or services provided to you.

This document constitutes an electronic record within the meaning of the Information Technology Act (IT Act) 2000 and the applicable rules thereof, as well as the amended provisions concerning electronic records in various Statutes as amended by the IT Act (IT Act, 2000). This electronic record is created by a computer program and does not necessitate any physical or digital signature.
  2. Publication of this document is in accordance with Article 3(1) of Rule 3(2) of the ITA Rules, 2011, which requires the publication of the Rules and Regulations, the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions for accessing or using bizigo.in.

The domain name www.bizigo.in (“Website”), is owned and operated by Bizigo Horizons LLP , and having its registered office at Usha’s The Felicity, Fourth floor, Plot no 104, Opp. Tulip Reciency, Road no.2, Kakateya Hills, Guttala Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500033, where such expression shall, unless repugnant to the context thereof, be deemed to include its respective representatives, administrators, employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns.

To use the Website, you must visit the home page and/or use any services offered on the Website. By visiting the Home page, you accept this Policy and Terms of Use and are bound by them. The Terms and the Policy are mutually exclusive and any one of them expires or terminates the other.
  3. The User acknowledges and consents to the binding nature of this Policy and the above Terms. The User and the Company agree that the Terms and Policy are legally binding and that the User is subject to the Rules, Guidelines, Policies, Terms and Conditions applicable to any service provided by the Website. 2.COLLECTION OF PERSONAL AND OTHER INFORMATION:

4.PROMULGATE/SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

All transactions on the Website are secured and protected. All data entered by the User while trading on the Website are encrypted to prevent the User from being unknowingly disclosed to third parties.

The Company / Website does not receive, store, or otherwise access the User’s credit or debit card information. This information is provided directly by the User to the appropriate payment gateway, which is authorized to process the information provided and complies with the relevant regulations and requirements of the various banks, institutions, and payment franchisees it is associated with.

6.THIRD PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS / PROMOTIONS

The User is cognizant of the fact that the Company(Website) utilizes third-party advertising firms to serve advertisements to the User(s) of the Website. Furthermore, the Useris cognizant that these companies may utilize information regarding the User’s visits to the Website(s) and other websites(i.e., the link(s) below, to generate personalized advertisements for the User(s).

The Website(s) may include links to other websites(ii) that collect personally identifiable information (PII) about the User. The Company(Website) is not liable for the Privacy Practices or the Content of any of the above-mentioned linked websites, and the User explicitly acknowledges the Privacy Practices and agrees to bear all risks associated with them.

7.USER’S CONSENT

By accessing the Website and/or by supplying information to the Company via the Website, a User agrees to the collection and processing of the information disclosed to the Company on the Website pursuant to this Policy, including, but not limited to, the consent of the User that the Company/Website share/disclose the User’s information pursuant to the terms set out in Section 4 above.

9.DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

The Parties agree that the creation, interpretation and implementation of this Policy, and any disputes that arise from it, will be handled through two-step ADR. They also agree that the content of this Section will stay in place even after the Policy or Terms end.

Mediation: If there’s a dispute between the Parties, they’ll try to work it out amicably between them, to each other’s satisfaction. If that doesn’t happen within 30 days of the Party notifying the other Party of a dispute, it’ll be settled through arbitration.

In the event that the parties are unable to reach an amicable agreement through mediation, the dispute will be subject to arbitration by a single arbitrator appointed by the Company. The arbitrator’s decision will be binding on both parties, and the parties will be responsible for their own costs. However, the arbitrator may, at their sole discretion, mandate either party to bear the entirety of the costs. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the seat of the arbitration will be in Telangana, India. The Parties agree to abide by the laws and regulations of India, and that the Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana  will have jurisdiction over any disputes between the Parties.
