Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read this policy and Bizigo`s Terms of Use carefully as they contain important information and guidelines regarding your rights and obligations in connection with any purchase or service we provide to you.
We will endeavor to provide the Services in accordance with the specifications and schedules set forth in each Service or Product that you purchase from Bizigo. However, if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the services or products you have purchased from us, you are entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:
  1. Refunds will only be considered if there is an obvious visible defect in the service or product purchased from Bizigo.
  2. If a customer changes his/her mind after paying a service fee and requests a refund, the refund will not be considered as there is no fault, defect or liability on the part of Bizigo.
  3. If you change your mind, refund requests will not be considered after you’ve shared your work. However, we may offer you the opportunity to use the same amount that you paid for his Bizigo replacement service and use all or part of that amount for the new service. and
  4. If a refund request is made thirty (30) days after the completion of the purchase of a service or product and is communicated by email or any other form of communication and the work has been completed, such refund will not be issued. The request will be applied as invalid and will not be considered.

 

**If Bizigo approves your refund request, your request will be processed and you will be notified by email. This refund process may take at least 15 business days and will be credited to your bank account accordingly.**

 

We carefully handle the refund process to ensure that you get your money back as quickly as possible.
