Bizigo is a web-based platform that enables legal professionals to communicate with prospective clients of legal services. It serves as a platform for providers and customers of legal services to share information with the aim of establishing a professional relationship.
Bizigo does not ensure that users will be able to find an advocate, lawyer, or attorney through this system. It does not take a position on the existence or termination of legal relationships between lawyers and clients, nor does it represent clients. Therefore, Bizigo cannot guarantee the completion of an agreement or the honesty or integrity of any party.
The user is solely responsible for evaluating the integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness of any person with whom they communicate on this service.
Bizigo users have a limited, non-exclusive right to use and access the service according to the rules outlined in this agreement. To keep the system fresh and useful for everyone, it’s important that users stick to the rules. If you don’t follow the rules, Bizigo will deny you access to the service if you break the rules, get a complaint from another Bizigo user, or any other reason.
Our system will not tolerate any use of foul language, racism, hate speech, the promotion of illegal activities, the provision of instructional information on illegal activities, the promotion of physical harm or injury to any group or individual, the defamation of any person or group of any age, race, religion or nationality, or any other form of violation of another person’s intellectual property rights. This includes the use of the service to perpetrate acts of copyright infringement, trademark infringement, patent infringement, trade secret infringement or any other intellectual property infringement. This may include the provision of pirated computer programs, information to circumvent the installation of a copy-protect device, the use of serial or registration numbers of software programs, or the use of any cracker utilities (including files intended solely for game emulation).
If you use the service, you could be violating Internet standards. You could be displaying offensive, violent, or offensive material, or you could be invading someone else’s privacy. The information provided on Bizigo is for informational purposes only and is not intended to be accurate, complete or current. Bizigo does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the information provided on this website. Bizigo shall not assume any responsibility or liability for the interpretation or/or use of any information contained on Bizigo. References from this website to other websites are not intended to be a reference to, endorsement of, or affiliation with the linked entities and are not intended to represent or warranty the contents of the websites to which links from this website may be provided. Bizigo reserves the right to remove any promotional material from a user attempting to promote themselves on the website. Bizigo strives to ensure that lawyers who sign up for the Service are licensed and are in good standing with their local bar when they register. Unfortunately, Bizigo is unable to monitor, track, or track the standing of lawyers who use the Service. As a result, Bizigo does not represent the status, standing, or ability of any lawyers or law firm listed on the Site.
Users are encouraged to conduct their own independent research and assessment of the lawyers or law firm they are considering. Bizigo does not accept or condone any description of specialization or indication of limitation of practice by any lawyer or law firm. Furthermore, lawyers claiming specialization are not necessarily more competent than any other lawyer.
(b) Disclaimer of content supplied by users in the form of reviews, comments, communications and other content:
Bizigo reserves the right to permit visitors to submit reviews, comments, and other content (known as “user content”) at various points on the Site. Bizigo is neither the publisher nor the author of any such user content. Instead, Bizigo stores and distributes the ideas and opinions of Bizigo members that they choose to post and disseminate as user content. Bizigo does not accept any responsibility for any such content. If any offensive material is brought to Bizigo’s attention, it will be removed as soon as possible. Ultimately, the decision as to whether or not such material is offensive will be left to Bizigo.
The use of the website is subject to certain restrictions:

Bizigo strives to protect the confidentiality of any data submitted to our system and database of lawyers by users. However, Bizigo cannot guarantee that this data will remain confidential. Therefore, users should exercise caution when deciding what information to enter into the System. Please refrain from making any admissions or admissions. Instead, users should only describe their problem or dispute in the broadest terms. Any specific information should only be disclosed after the user has chosen not to use the internet or email for confidential or sensitive data due to the potential risks associated with this medium. By using this service, the user consents to the following terms and conditions:
Bizigo is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from accidental or deliberate deletion, network or system outages, backup failure, file corruption, or any other reasons.
When you upload content to Bizigo or submit any materials for use, you are granting (or entrusting Bizigo with the rights expressly granted to you by the owner of those materials) a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce and modify those materials, and to publish, translate and create derivative works from those materials, as well as to distribute and incorporate those materials into any format, medium or technology currently known or to be developed. However, Bizigo undertakes to ensure that any sensitive information is not intentionally disclosed and disclosed to any third party.

Bizigo doesn’t promise that your service will be fault-free, virus-free, or bug-free, or that any defects will be fixed. It’s possible for Bizigo to make improvements or changes to its services, features, or functionality at any time.

The user knows that registered lawyers can’t and won’t run a conflict of interest check between the user and the registered lawyers’ clients before replying to a request. A conflict of interest check requires the user to give their name and contact info, as well as the identity of any related parties, opposing parties, and any other info lawyers might need. A conflict check by registered lawyers who get info from the user via this service isn’t possible because the info submitted by the user to the subscribing lawyers isn’t enough to run a check.
This Agreement and Privacy Policy are the whole deal when it comes to using Bizigo’s service. If anything in these Terms and Conditions is illegal, invalid, or can’t be enforced, it won’t affect the other terms and conditions.
Bizigo can change the Terms and Conditions at any time. You’ll need to check them before using the service. If you use the service after it changes, it means you agree to the new terms.
Bizigo has the right to change or stop the service, either temporarily or permanently. You agree with Bizigo that it won’t hold you or anyone else responsible if it changes or stops the service. You also agree that if Bizigo decides to stop the service, it can do so without warning and Bizigo can delete any data or files in your account right away and stop you from using the Service.
Bizigo and all online system operators are at risk of being held accountable for the wrongdoings of our users. For example, if one user makes a mistake and another user gets hurt, they might blame us even though it was the first user who made the mistake. If a user loads a program with a virus and other users’ computers get damaged, we could be held responsible even if the user didn’t leave the virus on our system. If a user sends out illegal or inappropriate info, we might be held responsible even though we didn’t do anything wrong. We need all users to take responsibility for their own actions and accept that if another user does something that hurts them, they can’t blame us, just the other user. Of course, we’ll make mistakes or have system failures from time to time, it’s part of operating a large system.If we had to take responsibility for any usability issues, system failures, errors, mistakes, or damages, we wouldn’t be able to offer this system to users. So, to keep our service up and running, Bizigo has to deny any warranty on this service and say that our responsibility for any issues related to using our system is limited.
All disputes and claims arising out of this Agreement or relating to the services provided by Bizigo shall be subject to binding Arbitration under the provisions of the Law of India. All such disputes and claims shall be considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be joined together with any claims or controversies of any other Party. All other disputes and conflicts of law between Bizigo and its clients shall also be governed by the provisions of the Laws of India, and the courts of Chennai shall be competent in all such matters.
Bizigo owns and operates this Site. All rights, titles and interests in, and to, the Information, Documents, Logo, Graphics, Sounds and Images contained on this Site (the “Materials”) are those of the Bizigo Corporation. Unless otherwise specified by the Bizigo Company, Bizigo shall not copy, reproduce, republish, download, upload, post, display, transmit or distribute any of the Materials on this Site. Nothing on this Site may be interpreted as a license under Bizigo’s intellectual property rights (“Intellectual Property Rights”). If you have questions about obtaining any of the Materials, please do not hesitate to contact us.

This is the final and final agreement between you and Bizigo. It’s meant to be a complete and binding statement of all terms and conditions. This agreement takes precedence over any other communication between Bizig and its users about the subject matter of this agreement. It also takes precedence over any previous or existing agreements or understandings about the subject matter, either written or oral. If you don’t like the terms or conditions of this agreement or if you don’t agree to them, please don’t use the Site. We can change the Terms and Conditions anytime without you being notified. It’s your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly. By using Bizigo services or logging in to the Bizigo site, you agree to read these Terms and conditions.
By subscribing to this Agreement, you agree to protect, indemnify and defend Bizigo, its Officers, Directors, Shareholders, Employees and Agents from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, resulting from or in connection with your access to, or use of, the site and materials.
We do our best to make sure that every service you get through our website is to your complete satisfaction and of the highest quality in the industry at very reasonable and affordable prices. However, there are a few situations where you may request a refund.
When you pay for services but later decide that you don’t want to use them.
When our services are delayed beyond the time we have communicated to you.
These are because of human error, which we are 100% responsible for.
Thirdly, you may not like our services. In all three cases, please send in an email on the Ticket you created under your name, with a copy at attention.
Please note that only refunds are considered for the professional fees portion of the charges you paid by you.
We strive to make sure you get the best service possible through our website, at a reasonable and affordable price. But there are a few times when you can ask for a refund. For example, if you pay for services, but then decide not to use them, or if our services are late beyond what we told you. These are all due to human error, for which we take full responsibility. And if you don’t like our services, you can always send us an email on the ticket you created, with a copy. Just keep in mind that only refunds are taken into account for the part of the fees you paid yourself.
